  • Commercial information — Account history information, including information about your subscription, account, transactions, purchases, and usage of our Products and Services.
  • Internet or network activity — Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interactions with our Products and Services. For example, property search queries, saved searches, alerts, and usage data.

  • Audio and visual information — Voice, image, and likeness when you participate in live streams or other sessions that we record.
  • Statistical or aggregated data — Data that does not directly identify a specific person, derived from personal data for analytical purposes.

Different categories of information may be collected depending on how you interact with the Services, including whether you are browsing without an account, using a free account, or subscribing to a paid plan. If you choose not to provide or allow us to collect some information, we may not be able to provide you with requested features, services, or information.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions, upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct third parties to do the same. Please note that we may not delete your personal information if it is reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, debug errors, exercise free speech, or for other legally recognized purposes.

Right of Correction

  • Alabama — Covered by the Alabama Personal Data Protection Act (2026; effective May 1, 2027), which tracks the Colorado Privacy Act.
  • Colorado — Covered by the Colorado Privacy Act. The right to opt-out of certain processing is limited to processing data for profiling and targeted advertising purposes. Consumers will be asked to opt-in prior to processing of sensitive data.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

Please note that you may only make a CCPA/CPRA-related data access or data portability disclosure request twice within a 12-month period.

If you choose to contact us directly, you will need to provide us with:

  • Enough information to identify you.
  • Proof of your identity and address.
  • A description of what right you want to exercise and the information to which your request relates.

We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person's behalf.

Right to Appeal

If we decline to take action on a request you submit, you may appeal that decision within a reasonable period after your receipt of our decision by contacting us. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the attorney general in your state to submit a complaint.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Where permitted by law, we may require the authorized agent to provide proof of a valid power of attorney or a signed, written authorization from you, and we may separately verify your identity before processing the request.

9. Profiling and Automated Decision-Making

We do not use your personal information to engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. Where applicable law provides the right, you may opt out of the processing of your personal information for purposes of profiling in furtherance of such decisions by contacting us as described above.

10. Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclaimer

No Agent List, Inc. is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"). The information provided through our Products and Services is not intended to be used for determining eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose regulated under the FCRA. You agree not to use our Products and Services or any information obtained from our Products and Services for any purpose governed by the FCRA or similar laws.

11. Keeping Your Personal Information Secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. While we have employed security technologies and procedures to assist safeguarding your personal information, no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Platform or provide any personal information to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we may have collected information from a person under 18, please contact us using the details in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

13. Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding our Products and Services. These text messages may be sent using automated dialing systems. You understand that message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan, and you are responsible for any charges incurred.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us, or by contacting us using the methods provided in this policy. After opting out, you may continue to receive text messages for a brief period while your request is processed.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the Services, and you may revoke this consent at any time. Standard message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and business needs.
